Do I have to be a photographer to be successful with Dinamix®?
No photography experience is necessary. Our licensees are young people, students, part time workers, small entrepreneurs and people on the verge of retirement. It is easy and quick to learn the process of taking Dinamix® pictures
How do I learn the process?
With your initial order you will receive a CD with the Dinamix® software. The CD includes the User’s Manual and a training video.
What kind of support do you offer?
Do not hesitate to contact us as if you have any questions regarding the Dinamix® software usage, the operating method, the different supplies, etc. We offer free support via e-mail (info@dinamix.eu) or Skype.
What hardware/equipment do I need to start my Dinamix® business?
* CPU: Intel Core Duo 2 Processor or AMD AM2 Athlon64 X2
* 3 USB ports and CD-ROM player.
* 2 GB RAM.
* Independent Graphic card with a minimum 256 MB memory.
* 200 MB Hard Disk Free Space.
* Display: minimum resolution 800x600 pixels and 32 bits color depth.
* When capturing video digitally, make sure it is connected to the computer through the IEE 1394 (Fire wire) and to the camera through the ports DV or Firewire or Ilink. We recommend the use of Sony Digital Cameras with Carl Zeiss lenses.
* Printer: Ink jet-printer. We recommend the use of Canon PIXMA (3000, 4000 or 5000 series) due to its cost effectiveness, level of consumption, and printing speed.
* OS: Windows 7, Vista, XP, or Windows 2000.
* A trimmer.
What do I need to buy supplies from the Dinamix® Corporate Offices?
You only need to buy our Dinamix® screens 3" x 4" (7,5 x 10 cm) size or 14" x 20" (35 x 50 cm). You can resize them as you wish, by using the trimmer. Dinamix® works with regular glossy photo paper so you can purchase this at your favourite printing supplies store.
If Dinamix® software license does not work or I have technical problems?

If I am interested in becoming a Dinamix® licensee, what should I do?
It is easy. Please fill out the application form. Once we receive your application, We will tell you what steps to follow, with the agreement we will sign and on how to wire funds to us through a bank wire-transfer. Once we receive and confirm your payment, we will send out your order within 48 working hours
